04/20/2018: Matt Talbert: Scott Bailey, ROINC for Monticello, called to inform the Agency that Well #5 (45032) has been taken out of service. This well had a couple of positive samples this month. He was disinfecting the well and it appears that the disinfectant leaked out the base of pedestal. Mr. Bailey has called a well contractor to determine a course of action. Already sampled APR2018. JL
